5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Access to our Service's API is subject to rate limiting and usage restrictions. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Any attempt to exceed these limits or circumvent our API restrictions will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Any information related to transactions is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.

8. Subscription Billing and Authorization

By signing up for a free trial or subscription service, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees as described during the signup process. This includes:

  • Initial subscription fees upon conversion from free trial to paid subscription
  • Recurring subscription fees according to your selected billing cycle
  • Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges
  • Overage charges if you exceed your plan limits

9. Free Trial Restrictions

Free trials are limited to one per user and are intended for legitimate evaluation of our service. Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses to obtain additional free trials constitutes fraudulent abuse and is strictly prohibited.

10. Usage Limits and Fair Use Policy

Your subscription plan includes specific monthly limits for property reports and other features. You agree to use the Service within these limits and in accordance with our fair use policy.

11. Account Sharing and Access Restrictions

Your account is licensed for use by a single individual or business entity only. You are prohibited from sharing login credentials, allowing multiple users to access your account simultaneously, or reselling access to the Service.

12. Data Retention and Account Termination

Upon cancellation or termination of your account:

  • You will have 30 days after cancellation to export any data you wish to retain
  • Account data will be permanently deleted 90 days after cancellation
  • Billing and transaction records may be retained longer as required by law

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

14. Non-Disclosure of Property Data

We will not disclose any property data, comps, or related information to third parties without your consent. All data provided by the Service is for your personal use only.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
